Reps — Workout Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reps ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Reps is a free workout tracking application for Android. It allows you to log workouts, create routines and programs, track personal records, view progress over time, and export or import your data. Workout data is stored locally on your device by default.

The App also offers an optional Google Drive backup feature that allows you to save your data to your own Google Drive account.

3. Cost

Reps is free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. All features are available to all users at no cost.

4. Your Data

• Local storage: All workout data, routines, personal records, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data.
• Google Drive backup: If you choose to enable this optional feature, your data is backed up to a private, app-specific folder on your own Google Drive. The data goes directly from your device to Google Drive. We do not operate servers and never see or store your data.
• Export and import: You can export your data and import backups back into the App using the tools provided in Settings.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. If you uninstall the App or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by TrackReps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The default exercise library is included for personal use within the App.

7. Third-Party Services

If you use the Google Drive backup feature, your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. The App is distributed through the Google Play Store, subject to Google Play's terms. If we add limited privacy-focused diagnostics or aggregate app-quality analytics in the future, their use will be described in the Privacy Policy and limited to maintaining and improving the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Fitness disclaimer: Reps is a logging tool, not a source of medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or modifying any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from exercises logged in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackReps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, physical injury, or loss of profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Since your data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data unless you have created a Google Drive backup.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
